and will be there to guide you through each step of the process.
We
offer extensive claims management consulting services in the
areas of organization, reporting, reconciliation, solicitation
and distribution. Trumbull's comprehensive range of services
may be offered as a package or individually, based on your
needs:
Schedule
Preparation
The
Trumbull Group can provide an experienced on-site team of
consultants, to initiate, organize and support the process
from schedule preparation to distribution. Our knowledge of
court requirements and the reconciliation needs of the debtor
enables us to work closely with the debtor, their attorneys,
accountants and financial advisors. We will convert electronic
files from the debtors mainframe, PC based systems,
or complete a manual setup of creditor information, if necessary
and transfer data to our Bankruptcy Claims Management System
("BCMS"). Having our experienced consultants involved
at the onset of the case will streamline the claim administration
process.
Noticing
The
Trumbull Group distributes First Day Orders, 341 Meeting Notices
and Bar Date Notices, Proof of Claim Forms, Disclosure Statement
Hearing Notices and Plan Confirmations. In addition to this,
we will distribute notices to public debt holders and equity
security holders. Mailing certifications and affidavits for
court filing are produced with each mailing. Trumbull has
experience in all size mailings and will ensure your print
jobs are handled in a prompt, efficient and cost-effective
manner.
Claims
Docketing
The
Trumbull Group will receive all proofs of claims, capture
claims information, review data for accuracy and create and
maintain a claims register. Bankruptcy analysts identify additional
information that will be beneficial for the debtor during
the claim reconciliation process. All duplicate claims are
cross-referenced, amended claims are flagged and late-filed
claims are noted, filed claims are matched to scheduled liabilities,
as well as any other specifications identified by the debtor.
Transfers of claims are processed and are captured in a manner
for easy reference. All claim orders are processed and the
claims docket is updated. We also send acknowledgment notices
to all parties filing claims which helps ensure accuracy of
the data and reduces the number of inquiries to the debtor,
debtors attorney, and the court.
Imaging
& Document Management
All
claims and supporting documents are scanned and linked to
BCMS. We docket each claim by viewing the image thereby making
the docketing process more cost-efficient. Trumbulls
imaging solution yields quick access, offers immediate cost/benefit
justification (i.e. eliminates photocopying & shipping
charges), increases productivity thereby reducing costs, renders
superior document management support, and provides access
to all documents without impacting office space. In addition,
imaging affords our clients the flexibility to have images
mailed to them electronically, saved to a CD-ROM, or loaded
to the clients network allowing for multiple access
points.
