Data Transfer
In
addition to the main stay of nightly data back ups and utilization
of security software we have instituted various levels of
checks and balances to ensure the integrity of our data.
Coding
of Mail
Our work flow process involves the use of bar coding on claim
forms, ballots, etc. thereby reducing the data entry required
when the completed document is returned, increasing the overall
accuracy of data captured.
Imaging
All claims and supporting documents are scanned and linked
to BCMS. Trumbull’s imaging solution yields quick access,
offers immediate cost/benefit justification (i.e. eliminates
photocopying & shipping charges), increases productivity
thereby reducing costs, renders superior document management
support, and provides access to all documents without impacting
office space. In addition, imaging affords our clients the
flexibility to have images mailed to them electronically,
saved to a CD-ROM, or loaded to the client’s network
allowing for multiple access points.
Docketing
of Claims
We docket each claim by viewing the image of the claim thereby
making the docketing process more cost-efficient and once
again increasing quality. Our experienced bankruptcy analysts
are trained to quickly capture relevant information as well
as identify additional information that will be beneficial
for the debtor during the claim reconciliation process. All
data is then put through a rigid electronic review process
by our senior bankruptcy analysts to ensure accuracy.
Acknowledgment
Notices
We send acknowledgment notices to all parties filing claims
which is another step to help ensure accuracy of the data
and reduces the number of inquiries to the debtor, debtor’s
attorney, and the court.
Internet
Access
Trumbull allows creditors to have access to claim data via
the Internet which again provides an additional check of scheduled
data and claims filed.
Schedule
of Events
Our online schedule of events for each case keeps all professionals
involved informed about deadlines and critical dates to permit
more efficient project planning.
